THIS BAND HAS MADE MY LIFE: My Chemical Romance is my favorite band. Ever. They saved me when I was lost and losing hope, strength, and faith to live.

REASON: My Chemical Romance saves most kids' lives. They help them figure out that its okay to be depressed, but to not let the depression get to you. They teach us how to and how to want to live. They love us. But MCR didn't just save my life, like thousands of other kids like me. They made my life. I had nothing going for me before I started listening to them. Now, I have all the hope in the world that I'm going to be something one day, because My Chemical Romance made my life into something I want to live. And more importantly, they made me into someone I can be proud of being. I've first started listening to them in July 2011, and it was the best decision I have ever made.

MY STORY: I was never a popular kid. I'm still not popular - at all. I'm such a loner, but that's okay with me. Now, anyways. It wasn't before I started listening to MCR. I was always afraid of what people thought of me. I was afraid I wouldn't be accepted. Well my fears came true. I never was truly accepted. And in a small class of about twenty through a Catholic grade school for nine years, that was tough. I never had a true best friend until the first day of my freshmen year at a Catholic high school. That's when things finally turned okay in my life. I look forward to going to school and seeing my friends, who also like MCR. They don't love them as much as me, but that's okay. I finally have something I can relate to with someone. And that feels good. So good.
